Melisasa

So I'm always making these for my friend's birthday at the last minute, and it will turn out rushed and horrible. Since I had the time a few days back, I decided to make a spare one, and post a tutorial on it at the same time! I tried to include as much details as possible, so I'm warning you, this can be a pretty long post!

PS: I got the crepe paper from Daiso (SGD$2) , and the Floral Wire from Spotlight (SGD$10+)
